Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving your order.

  • Items marked as final sale, personalized, or gift cards cannot be returned.

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • If the return does not meet our conditions, we may refuse the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.
